About data processing

Web store software
Our online store is developed with WordPress software. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services, are shared with this party. WordPress has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.
WordPress uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.
Web hosting
We purchase web hosting and email services from Versio. Versio processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Versio has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Versio is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
E-mail and mailing lists
We send our email newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp.
MailChimp uses cookies and other Internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its service and, as part of this, share information with third parties.
My web host
We use the services of My Webhost for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. My web host does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment Service Provider
To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies.

Reviews
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide your name, email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website.
In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to comment on your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information for the sole purpose of inviting you to leave a review.

Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries.
