How can I return a product?

Package the product: Ensure the product is well-packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transport.

Send the package back: Take the package to a post office or drop-off point as indicated in the return instructions.

Return shipping is free within the Netherlands. Additional costs may apply for international returns. Please contact our customer service for more information regarding the costs of international returns.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
